Carson Howell Baucom, CEO

Carson leads the executive team in carrying out the vision of the company on every level. She ensures that the day to day operations meets performance goals and supports the needs of the business. Additionally, Carson works with the finance team to set financial goals for the company and ensures that all aspects of finance are tracked and reported accurately.
Carson is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she obtained a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources.
Carson has 18 years of construction and real estate sales experience. Additionally, she was the Regional Sales Director for one of the largest homebuilders on the east coast and spent three years serving as the President of the Union County, NC Realtor Association.
Carson enjoys spending time with her family at the lake, volunteering at Elevation Church, and watching her two children play sports.
Randall Howell, President
Randy is the founder of Institutional Tops Company. He began his career in the commercial casework/countertop industry in 1980. He spent many years on the sales side of the business prior to opening Institutional Tops Company. Randy is responsible for the direction of all operations of the firm including negotiating and securing contracts, estimating, financial management, and business development.
Randy is a graduate of South Stanly High School and served in the US Navy. He was an avid baseball player receiving numerous accolades during and after high school. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his family and four grandchildren.
Dwayne Keziah, Vice President
Dwayne began his employment with Institutional Tops Company in 1995. He served many roles throughout the shop prior to becoming the shop foreman. With an extensive background in the manufacturing process, it was only fitting for Dwayne to later become the Vice President of Institutional Tops Company.
Dwayne is no stranger to this industry. He has over 29 years of experience manufacturing commercial casework, countertops, and millwork. As Vice President, Dwayne oversees the shop foreman, project managers, estimating department, and installation team.
Dwayne strives to lead a team that focuses on client satisfaction and providing an
unprecedented level of customer service to all clients. He takes great pride in the products and work that Institutional Tops Company delivers.
Dwayne enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with family at the beach and lake.
